Eligibility for Returns:

You may be eligible to return products for a refund if the following conditions are met:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  2. The Goods are in the original packaging
  3. The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  4. The Goods must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.

The Following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  3. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  4. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

Defective Items:

In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

Please note: We only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.

Returning Goods:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return and Refund Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns Form attached to the end of this Returns Policy, attaching evidence where applicable. 
  2. You will be expected to cover the expenses related to the return of the goods.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned products are packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  4. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the return process, including contact details and order information.
  5. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assess the damage or defect before approving the return.
  6. Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return and eligibility for a refund.
  7. Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3 – 5 working days for this to be reflected in your account, though this may vary depending on your payment provider.
  8. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
